Day 287: In the Blink of an Eye

Aha:
The other day we were driving down the road towards the sunset; we were in the right lane.  In the left lane, a car stopped to cross traffic but the car behind it decided it didn't want to wait so (without looking) it pulled into our lane.  Fortunately, Clinton foresaw this happening, and slowed down before the car could run into us.  So thankful that accident was avoided!

Ha ha:
We bought a pie last night to have with our stir-fry Easter dinner.  As soon as we came home, Clinton said he was going to have "a piece".  Before we knew it, a third of our pie was gone.
THIS is why we don't buy or make much desserts--they are gone faster than is probably sociably acceptable for two people!  But boy was that pie delish!!
